FACE MASK FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS
- Who makes the mask? KozySaila face masks are designed by fashion designer Keila Sanchez and handcrafted by her new team of women in Southwest Michigan.
- What material is the face mask made from? Masks are made from 100% cotton. Filter lined pockets are made from cotton polyester blend for more protection. Cotton is a natural fiber and is breathable.
- Can I wash and reuse my mask? Yes, you can wash and reuse the mask. Masks are washable and dryable. Because these are high quality, handmade products, you can extend the life of the mask by hand washing and line drying. Also, you can low dry in dryer. No high heat.

When will my order ship/arrive? Once order is placed, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process and hand-make a small order and 5-7 business days for large orders. Shipping can be 2-3 days (estimate due to possible delays at USPS). Check for regular updates. Do you need to rush order?
There are different shipping options available. First class Mail 3-4 days, Priority Mail 2-3 days, Express 1 day. **Timeframe is an estimate and may change** - Does the face mask include a filter? Filter is not included. However, there is a purchase option of a mask with a filter pocket in back to place a small filter, tissue or some other protective layer.
- Can I return my order? No returns accepted at this time.
- Need to change your order? If anything needs to change and your order hasn't been shipped, please send us a message through our website contact (ksanchez@kozysaila.com) saying "CANCEL" and place a new order with correct details. We will issue you a full refund for the cancelled order.

- Do we accept Corporate Orders? Yes, we do. Inquire within at ksanchez@kozysaila.com for corporate discount. With employees going back to work, we have you covered.😷 1 week turn around for corporate orders of 100+ masks without filter pockets. We are here to serve you. Need more? No problem! We will work with you to create 2-3 shipments. Invoice included.
